I called and talked to customer about replacing my phone system. The phone system drops calls and the person the other end has a hard time understanding us. this is undoubtedly the worst *** company in the world. they make all their equipment without complete manuals so they can charge for simple repairs. their repair department act like they're some kind of oriental deities that are doing you a favor just picking up the phone and the g.d. usa is so *** *** that the congress told american companies to quit making stuff and let the rest of the world make everything, just sit back and enjoy life. ... Panasonic will not replace the unit rather they want to fix it. Panasonic outsource installation and warranty. The installation company come out and said yes its not working, then the warranty company had to do a site visit to confirm. Then we were advised by warranty company there would be a labour cost associated to fix the fault. We rejected... I purchased a panasonic TC-L42U5 in 2013. My tv just suddenly went out with no warning. I feel that a class action lawsuit need to b filed!!! There r far tooo many same complaints. I have a flate screen sanyo and it has been working great 4 8 yrs. I bought other panasonic products and they all went out. WILL NEVER BY NOTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Read more

I purchased a Lumix DMC-ZS40 camera (one-year warranty) mid-August 2015 and registered it. I called on June 2, 2016 because the battery isn't charging. Then I was told about the rules being changed around Dec. 2015, about which I wasn't notified. I was then told I'd have to email the sales receipt, which I did. The lens I bought failed - some adhesive came unstuck making it unusable. I bought the camera on Amazon on 6.3.2015, I reported this issue in 5.13.2016 and sent in for repair AND ensured the package was signed for for. Bought this phone to replace an AT&T phone that we wore out. Bought it 2 months ago and have been using it for about 1 month. Speakerphone is horrible on 3 of the handsets and on 1 handset, the person calling can't hear us at all. Been waiting for a refund from Panasonic by bank transfer for 6 weeks. Was initially told 10 days, then 15 days more then on 19/5/16 the refund would definitely hit my account in 2 days (lady had the transfer receipt as proof). No refund. Now have to wait a further 9 days. I'm not holding my breath. Disgusting service. Read more
