Wire rack handle cracked and eventually broke after removing from hot oven. Apart from the obvious safety concerns associated with this there is the customer aftercare, or in my mind disregard for aftercare. Panasonic have offered a replacement for the sum of £70 which they kindly offered to reduce to £50 because the oven is only 8 months old. Seems accessories like this are not covered by their... Panasonic = Worst customer service ever? Maybe. Just spectacularly bad ‘customer service.’ You would not BELIEVE what scumbags this company is! Constantly claiming they are working on the issue. After 3 weeks no help. Saying they will call in 24-48 hours and NEVER calling to update me on the issue. I will never buy another Panasonic product again because of how this issue has been handled or should I say not handled. Add comment

Purchase AX800 4x tv ($3500) direct from panasonic - took two weeks to get. Then sound went out after 2 hrs of operation. Spent 3 hours on the phone the next morning arguing with them. Purchased a 58" plasma Panasonic tv with extended warranty, it lasted 1 year and 11 months. Had a wonderful looking Panasonic Plasma Tv. It started giving me problems right at the 2 year mark. I used a discover card for the extra 1 year warranty. The TV had trouble turning on but went away. 3 months after the warranty was up, the whole side of the screen was messed up.
