When we have a power outage in our rural area, no matter if the TV is on or off, the TV does not start for about 24 hours. Our 50 inch Panasonic Viera TCP50X5 is out of warranty by a few months and the no-start after a power outage seems to be a common problem for many owners. We purchased two cordless phones from a Panasonic on line dealer, Premium Store.com. I purchased a replacement base unit for my KX-TG6702. When I registered my first handset to the unit, it came up as HS#4. This tells me that there are already 3 handsets registered. I needed to de-register the existing handsets on this "new" base unit, but there is no way to do so. Very poor customer service. My TV Died less than 4 months old. The TV repair company picked my TV up to bring to their shop. After three weeks, they said Panasonic was sending a new TV as this was unable to be repaired. After another two weeks, no one had any answers of when the TV would be in. They don't care about customers. Bad sc board on 3 year old plasma which is in our basement. Use maybe once a week. Orlando, the supervisor I talked to could care less about helping out.
