Genuis micrwave had trouble with not working since we got it less than 2 yrs ago. Have to slam door repeatedly. Now doesnt work at all. A microwave should work longer than that. I read several complaints on line. Took to store target. Need toreturn to you. Add comment

We purchased a Blu-Ray Surround System which played both Blu-Rays and DVDS. .This was something we needed as we had over 200 DVD's. The Blu-Ray Player wording properly however the DVD was not working at all. Panasonic has horrible customer support. We purchased a Panasonic television 6 months ago. The television turns on and off by itself in 5 minute increments. After buying a very expensive microwave steam oven, the supplied plastic trivet tray for steam cooking split, it had only been used FOUR times. Bought A Smart TV on 2/1/15 for my son at Best Buys in Delaware. My husband wanted to open it to make sure it was ok. Panasonic Lumix camera DMC FT5. 2 meters shockproof guarantee. Glass broke while in case. Panasonic said there is no guarantee for the glass as its ordinary glass and refused to replace. I am a professional barber. I have bought 2 Panasonic ear/nose hair trimmers in the last year. The problem is that since it is being used on a daily basis, the blades dull quickly.
