I called Panasonic and was connected to customer service on 4/22/2016. We purchased a Panasonic TV, it's a great TV until you unplug it or the power goes out or even flickers.. The TV won't turn back on it takes days and even weeks for it to reset itself and eventually will come back on... Is there a way to fix this or maybe a recall for them.. I just called the Panasonic no-service dept to ask them a camera question. After they took my name, zip code,phone number and purchasing receipt information they told me my camera was still under warranty but they would not answer any question until I emailed them the receipt with the case #. 2/27/16 spoke to Venessa , received the case # and proof of purchase letter from HSN to which I faxed it to 855-647-3454. I tried to call Panasonic customer service and was unsuccessful. The hours of operation is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. I called at 5:30 pm and the computer said they were closed!!!! How???? To Whom It May Concern Customer Relations I have 2 Panasonic FX-MC 6040 Multi-function printer both less than a year old. Both having them same problem finally after 3 weeks of talking and arguing with customer service they decided to have me return items for review and repairs. My refrigerator is keeping water that is not evaporating (during last 4 weeks of observation) on the waste reservoir, product of frost-free cycle. Bought a handset Panasonic P55 Novo on 11/1/16. It was found defective and sent to Authorized service center in Kanpur on 10/2/16. Panasonic P55 Novo handset, worst of its class. Bought on 11/1/16 from Singwani Mobile center, Somdutt building, Kanpur. Found defective. Given to authorized service center on 10/2/16. Hi, I purchase panasonic microwave five years back ( out of warranty). Anyway it is out of warranty, i called to customer care for service.
