Plasma TV. Panasonic are refusing to honour a 5 yr guarantee, the sole reason for buying the product, on the basis that the registration card was not submitted within 28 days (to the best knowledge, not true, but who can argue with a large corporation). Sent a Panasonic camera for cleaning of a dried water spot on the inside of the front lens. They claimed the camera couldn't be repaired because of "corrosion" and "liquid damage" to the insides. THEIR TV goes out. And they want to charge me $9.99 to do some over the phone troubleshooting?
