I bought a Panasonic fridge 51/2 years ago. It became faulty so I had the local Panasonic service center take a look at it. They said it needed a new defrost timer, I said ok do it. They did not have a spare with them. They phoned me the next day to say that Panasonic only make spares for 5 years so no spare available for my fridge. I shall never buy anything Panasonic from now on. Add comment

Ordered a camera(3rd order in 6 weeks). Did not like some features and called to return immediately. Was told I had to have email authorization and it would be sent in 5-7 business days. Genuis micrwave had trouble with not working since we got it less than 2 yrs ago. Have to slam door repeatedly. Now doesnt work at all. A microwave should work longer than that. I read several complaints on line. Took to store target. Need toreturn to you. Add comment

We purchased a Blu-Ray Surround System which played both Blu-Rays and DVDS. .This was something we needed as we had over 200 DVD's. The Blu-Ray Player wording properly however the DVD was not working at all. We have the system about 3 years and in that short period of thine the DVD Contacted Support redirected three time which took about an hour, just to get to the correct department.... Read more

Panasonic has horrible customer support. We purchased a Panasonic television 6 months ago. The television turns on and off by itself in 5 minute increments. We have done all troubleshooting they have asked us to do, and nothing has worked.
