My Panasonic 58 inch Plasma TV stopped working 6 weeks after the one year warranty was up.The Panasonic customer service agent was very abrupt and disinterested.

She instructed me count the red flashes on the power button. It flashed on a pattern of 7 flashes and then would start over again, no picture or sound. I asked her what the 7 flashes meant and she said nothing. She then provided a name of a repair company that was a 40 minute drive each way to my house.

I am sure they would not charged me more for a house call. It cost me $350 to repair a 13 month old TV.

I will not only ever buy a Panasonic TV again but I will never buy any Panasonic product again.Ever chance I get I will tell other people my experience.
