Right after I bought the product one phone did not work and I could not revive it.I have bought Panasonic phones forever.

I still think that your product is very good. I believe that you should send me a phone to replace the one that has never worked. I bought it from Costco some time ago and I was just too lazy to either contact you or take the set back to Costco. I believe that your company is very customer service conscious and I hope that you will find it in your hearts to replace this phone that I am disappointed in.

The other 4 phones have worked fine, and I am happy with their performance.
