My microwave burned from inside, and they are blaming me for misuse

I've been waiting for almost 2 months for now

They looked at some pictures and thought oh it may be your fault!

it is not my fault, it just started to shoot fire inside oven area, and i took it to them, they immediately said it was my fault, i contacted support, requested escalation, till now nothing

54 days and counting, i don't have a microwave

i will never buy Panasonic products anymore.

and now they said you are supposed to use only glassware, will that is not written in the *** manual of the Microwave .

how can i escalate to Panasonic Japan ? because those *** in middle east just want to sell, not support, they don't know how to do customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service is so bad, Way they talk to customers.
