I bought a Panasonic microwave after one week the door open button developed a large bubble on its surface. Told Panasonic they sent me to the supplier who replaced it with no argument.

The replacement developed the same fault. So told Panasonic and asked if it was an inherent fault with this model. They said no and because it was only cosmetic it was not covered by the warranty.

So two faulty microwaves with same fault occurring within a week of delivery and Panasonic don't want to know! I cannot believe that I have had the misfortune to buy the only two microwaves that have developed this problem.
