I ordered a Panasonic beard trimmer through Best Buy, and it has been 2 weeks and never shipped. Best Buy says Panasonic is one of their marketplace sellers and has no control over the issue.

Trying to operate my Panasonic introvert microwave try to call customer service. Cant get anyone your manual is trash so I need to have someone verbally give me a call and walk me through on how to operate my microwave.
Preferred solution: How to work or use your damn microwave!! Don’t want to refund not asking for a refund just need a body with blood running through it and can talk English to show me how to operate my microwave. Don’t need your manual because it’s trash.

I was blocked twice when trying to get assistance to unmute my Panasonic model KX-TGFA51. I was asked to provide credit card information twice to speak with a Tech.

Preferred solution: Help to unmute my telephone. I paid $5.00 initial fee which I understand is refundable; with the potential of $40.00 a month. I want my refund of $5.00 and the monthly $40.00 fee stopped.

They’ll charge you to get to a technician
I have tried 4 days this week to get in touch with customer service on the phone. I have left detailed messages and my name and phone number.
No response.
Today I did a chat with an expert who sent me a form to fill out and pay with my credit card. The site isnt working even though my credit cards are in good standing and useable everywhere else

Low qulity gear
I bought Panasonic RB M600B for like 280 BGN. I use them for my walks only, but it's the 6th month now and they are falling apart.
Very low quality build. I have a set of JBL 510BT that are 6 years old and I'm still using them; they cost me 80 BGN...
wtf... definitely my last purchase.

Wast of money
Worst money spent on a TV that powered off after 6 months of use. Panasonic does not want to help refund my money nor are they helpful in email support.
Absolutely garbage.
Panasonic is supposed to have a 1-year warranty, and they have not helped one bit. Well, Amazon only has a 30-day warranty that does not help either.

Seeking a refund
I purchased two 19 beard trimmers and sent to my son in prison . They denied so they got returned.
Im still waiting on my two refunds.
Im not pleased with the handling of this matter. And if I dont receive my refunds soon I will not be ordering from them again.

Design flaw created a problem and warranty is worthless.
It doesn't work now and the warranty is a run-around. I really liked my toaster oven and recommended it to two other people who bought one. I sure won't recommend it to anyone else!
