I echo the sentiments of the above customer. Why do I have to spend $26 to talk with someone from
the Philippines to try to resolve my problem? His suggestion did not work....and I didn't think that
simply unplugging and rebooting would fix the issue... When I emailed him to let him know that I
needed further assistance he never got back to me. When I finally found a number to speak with a
human who was also in the Philippines I was told that he didn't know how long it would take for Louis...my tech...to get back with me. He said that sometimes they just go offline for a while and do
other things????? wtf does that mean??? Anyway, I have been told they are going to refund my $$ so
I'll wait to see if that happens??? And now I am left with what to do with my phone system??? and
no answering capabilities???
