Model # TC50AS530U television failed. Verticle and horizontal lines just appeared.

Had tv for 4 years. No customer service. Will never buy another Panasonic product. They use inferior fastening glue for the circuit transformers.

The glue hardens and comes loose. No repair available. planned obsolescence. Absolutely not acceptable.

No way to contact them or assist in repair suggestions. I attempted several repairs to no avail. I purchased a new tv from Hisense at a lower price and am thrilled with the picture and price. Panasonics web site is impossible to migrate through and tried the chat.

No one was available at the time and the call was terminated. unbelievable?
