I had purchased a panasonic micro oven on 15th jan.from adishwar,I got the product the same day.After that the problem was started nobody came for giving the demo on this product.

Demo Service request no -for microwave over is D150116055683,D150116055688,D160116060429,D170116060754,D170116060759 i had to call the customer care each time someone picks and inform me that we will get a call at the earliest, and nobody would call back, again i had to call back the customer care. It is not a customer care it is customer tear (i had to pay to call the customer care no).The worst was with the service manager Mr.Sanjeev-No-9242763651.He does not receive the calls. One Mr. Jai prakash-8197275787.(He does not visit customers after 5 pm and gets the request rejected, and another person did not tell his name No-8867993923.Was very arrogant, And at the last was Mr.bharath -8892696260 he had call me on Sunday and informed me that he will come in one hour after that he was not reachable and in evening i tried calling him he did not receive the call.

after all after paying for a product and going through the *** is the worst.

over all it is sellers pride buyers envy .

Panasonic needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
